  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Delivery Time

  • Inside Dhaka: Estimated delivery within 1–3 business days.

  • Outside Dhaka: Estimated delivery within 3–5 business days.

  • Delivery times may vary based on product availability, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on your location and order weight/size.

  • Free shipping may be available for selected products or promotional offers.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email.

  • You can track your order through our Order Tracking Page or the courier’s website.

5. Failed Delivery

  • If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, re-delivery charges may apply.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order is received damaged or with missing items, contact us within 48 hours with photo/video proof.

7. International Shipping

  • Currently, we provide shipping services within Bangladesh only.
