Exchange & Complaint Policy

At Dhaka Auto Parts, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to ensuring a smooth shopping experience and providing full support for exchanges and complaints.

1. Exchange Policy

  • Products can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags/labels intact.

  • Exchange is only available for:

    • Wrong product delivered

    • Defective or damaged product

    • Size or compatibility issues (subject to availability)

2. Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Electrical/electronic parts once installed.

  • Products damaged due to misuse or incorrect installation.

  • Custom or special-order parts.

3. Exchange Process

  • Contact us via phone or email to request an exchange.

  • Provide your order number, reason for exchange, and photo/video proof (if applicable).

  • Once approved, send the product back to us, and the exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.

4. Complaint Handling

  • If you have any complaints regarding our products or services, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Complaints will be acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved as quickly as possible.

  • We take every complaint seriously and aim to provide a fair resolution.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs for exchanges are borne by the customer unless the issue is caused by our error.
