Exchange & Complaint Policy
At Dhaka Auto Parts, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to ensuring a smooth shopping experience and providing full support for exchanges and complaints.
1. Exchange Policy
Products can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags/labels intact.
Exchange is only available for:
Wrong product delivered
Defective or damaged product
Size or compatibility issues (subject to availability)
2. Non-Exchangeable Items
Electrical/electronic parts once installed.
Products damaged due to misuse or incorrect installation.
Custom or special-order parts.
3. Exchange Process
Contact us via phone or email to request an exchange.
Provide your order number, reason for exchange, and photo/video proof (if applicable).
Once approved, send the product back to us, and the exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.
4. Complaint Handling
If you have any complaints regarding our products or services, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Complaints will be acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved as quickly as possible.
We take every complaint seriously and aim to provide a fair resolution.
5. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs for exchanges are borne by the customer unless the issue is caused by our error.
